Additionally, it has infrared illumination for night vision recording, so it records clear and crisp covert video and gives you total night vision recording ability. So it doesn't matter what the lighting conditions are! Even with the lights out, you'll capture your covert video in total darkness up to 30 feet away, with continuous as well as motion detection recording modes. The PV Cam Viewer App allows you to connect the device to your iOS/Android smartphone and remotely monitor the live feed, download the video/photo material and change the device settings. The 2 AAA batteries are only for clock display. To operate the device, it should be charged by the adapter. It comes with a 16GB SD card.
