Description
This book started as a primer for entry-level security officers and then, of its own volition, moved into topics typically reserved for security supervisors and account managers. And I’m thinking it quite appropriate for a procedural text to begin with the basics and progress to a higher level.
The notion that a security officer should not or cannot perform “out of the box” is dinosaur thinking and wasteful of talent. So, if you are at the supervisory/managerial level, you might want to sit down with your subordinates, open this book, and get into a good old-fashioned discussion of how to make things work better.
If you offer security services, this is a tremendous resource!
