The latest innovation in passive GPS tracking technology is the GPS TracKing®, a compact unit with superior GPS reception. Records a vehicle’s position every second, within 2.5 meters’ accuracy. Users can expect 80 hours of vehicle motion on just two (2) AA batteries. Flash memory holds up to 100 hours of recorded data. Data is transferred by USB port to computer, with three (3) viewing options. Text reports give detailed breakdowns of daily activities. Information includes:

The software that is provided includes animated, digital street maps where the user may review all or portions of a trip. The path is clearly identified and color-coded to isolate various speeds. The water-resistant frame makes outside mounting possible. When the vehicle is not in use, an on-board motion sensor puts the unit in “sleep” mode to save battery power.
