What forms of payment
do you accept?
PI Gear accepts all credit cards and PayPal for online purchases from
customers in the United States. Orders made by credit card will be processed
and shipped within 2 business days. We also accept payment made by Western
Union and wire transfer with immediate order processing. Mail in orders
accompanied by check will result in a 10 business day hold to allow sufficient
time for the check to clear. International orders can only be processed
via PayPal, Western Union, or bank wire transfer. For specific details

payment for international orders due to the high risk of potential fraud.
How soon is my order
processed?
Credit card orders received by noon ET and normally processed on the
same day so long as the items are in stock. Even if the item is out of
stock, orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days.
How is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground service and arrive
within 3-5 business days. Remember, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.
You can request overnight, priority, 2nd day or 3-day select service,
but because of the weight of some of these items, the shipping costs
can be very high. That’s why we always suggest ground.
Is there a Warranty
included with my purchase?
All merchandise sold by PI Gear carries a 90 day limited warranty on
parts and labor. Many of the items we sell are also covered by a 1 or
3 year manufacturer’s warranty when indicated as such.
Are all the items offered
for sale legal in my area?
There may be specific restrictions on certain items based on the country,
state, county or city you live in. Some jurisdictions prohibit the purchase,
possession, or use of some items listed for sale on our website. We do
not provide for refunds if the product is not allowed to be imported
to your country or confiscated by any official authority of any country
including customs for your country. Again, before ordering any product
you must make local inquiry to determine if the specific type of product
you wish to purchase is permitted to be used or possessed in your area.
Can I return an item
if I don’t like it?
Because of the nature of the items we sell, equipment purchased from
PI Gear may only be retuned for a credit or replacement if you have received
the wrong product as compared to what you originally ordered or the product
is defective. Too many people try to return items once they have used
the product for a one time event. Any product that has been used in anyway
will not be accepted as a return. We test all products before shipment
to insure they work properly and are unblemished. Products that were
damaged in transit require that you make a claim directly with the shipping
company as it is not the responsibility of PI Gear.
